The Sustainable Livelihood project of PMC and Pune City Connect, opens their new centre at Warje to aid unemployed youth around the area.
As part of Digital Pune Mission (Digital Policy), PMC makes wifi available in public spaces, with the aim of promoting Digital Literacy in Pune
The new Lighthouse centre, in Warje, was inaugurated on 25th March, 2018. Other centres are currently running in Aundh, Yerawada and Hadapsar.
The Sustainable Livelihood Project is a centre for skilling and livelihood. This initiative by PMC and Pune City Connect aims to set up 15 Lighthouses, one in each administrative ward of the city.
