Tushar Gawali’s story is nothing less than inspiration. His father was fighting alcohol addiction leaving behind young lives that only saw difficult times. At an early stage of life, Tushar began to lend a helping hand in contributing to the household income by working as a housekeeper in a gym.
As he grew older, he developed a keen interest in bodybuilding and aspired to become a gym instructor. He was often demotivated by people at his place of work due to his small built which erupted self-doubt in him. On being encouraged by his friends, he joined the Lighthouse and completed the Foundation course with immediate enrollment in the Gym Instructor course.

Tushar is now living his dream of an accomplished gym instructor and works under Mr Asia (Mr Sanghram Chougle). The regular source of income has brought stability to his family and new hope of living comfortably.
The Lighthouse offers its students the freedom to choose their career paths and stand by them in every stage of their journey. Currently, there are 5 Lighthouses in Pune that are successfully transforming the lives of the underprivileged communities with the sole objective of enriching every life.
