Shikshak Sahyogi Dal

The Shikshak Sahyogi Dal group comprises 20 PMC teachers who have taken on the role of Shikshak Sahyogis. They currently support 1300 teachers from the Marathi & Urdu medium PMC schools with classroom observations, month-end teacher training and providing one-to-one personal coaching. This project has also created a platform where the best practices of the teachers are appreciated and are shared with the larger community.

The Shikshak Sahyogis are actively involved in developing content for online education which is the need of the hour due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Model Schools/School Improvement Project

A network of 10 Primary and 5 Secondary Schools with a focus on creating a holistic learning environment. The 3 pillars of the program are Jeevan Shikshan – social and emotional learning, creating vibrant physical learning spaces and activity-based learning through robotics, science, and music.
