Pune City Connect Development Foundation conducted a 2 Day Induction Program for all the employees who joined PCC during the lockdown. There were a total of 15 new joiners comprising of TISS Mumbai & Hyderabad graduates, Lighthouse Alumni, and people with varied social work experience. We had our Chairman, Dr. Ganesh Natarajan, and CEO, Ms. Ruchi Mathur, address the employees about the history, vision, mission, and the values of PCC. It was followed by the track managers giving an overview of their respective tracks. On day 2 we had Ms. Amruta Bahulekar takes a session with the employees on the culture of PCC, followed by other department managers giving an insight of their program/department.
